E Commerce Executive
DevelopTech IT Solution is seeking dedicated and motivated Male female candidates for the position of Ecommerce Executive. As an Ecommerce Executive you will play a vital role in managing our online sales and contributing to the growth of our ecommerce business.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries Complaints orders and shipments efficiently to ensure a seamless buying experience for our online customers.
Utilize advanced Excel knowledge to analyze sales data track performance and generate reports for management review.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends and ecommerce best practices to identify new opportunities and improvements for our online sales platform.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Candidate should have good communication skills and should be comfortable in speaking with customer and replying to customer emails/chats messages in English/Hindi.
Requirements:
Candidates with a strong interest in ecommerce.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Previous experience in ecommerce will be an advantage but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
