Home Health LVN Respite
Join a leader in the home health care and nurse staffing industry. Our mission is to care for the families and clients we serve. We have current assignments to provide care to patients in the home setting with a 11 ratio for shift work in Norco CA.

Benefits
Salary $30/hr
Flexible schedules: hourly days nights and/or weekends.
Variety of assignments procedures and treatments we serve patients inhome and also work with facilities to supplement their staff.
Onetoone patient care with a customized Plan of Care for the patient
Responsibilities
Attention to Detail: Use excellent nursing skills to observe interpret and monitor patients condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes acting as the patient advocate
Interpersonal Skills: Make it great by working collaboratively with an exceptional team to help meet positive client care outcomes
Communication: Discuss health care with patients and listen to their concerns
Skilled care: Deliver direct skilled client care under the supervision of an RN in an open and positive manner
Compassion: Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills with a passionate heart
Compliance: Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local state and federal laws where we always do the right thing do what we say and deliver consistently on our brand promise
Skills
- Proven experience as an LVN.
- Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR).
- Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
- Respectful and compassionate
- Good time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ethics
- Physical endurance
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Preplacement TB Test
- Preplacement Physical
- Current CPR certification
- Must be an LVN
- Current California Drivers License
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Successfully pass annual competency checks
- Must approve the request for background and criminal record check and must be prepared to participate in drug testing process.
