Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Project Manager/Estimator with a strong background in weatherproofing and new construction projects to join a growing team in the Cleveland OH area. Our ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates excellent communication skills is highly organized is a great problem solver is very efficient and has strong attention to detail & time management.

Duties
- Responsible for estimating and managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Review project plans specifications and other documents to develop accurate cost estimates
- Coordinate and manage all projects and activities including scheduling budgeting and quality control
Requirements
- Minimum education level of a bachelors degree in construction management or a related field
- The ideal candidate will have at least 35 years of experience as a commercial construction estimator and/or project manager and be knowledgeable of project management and/or estimator principles
- Experience with Specialty Contractors or a SelfPerforming contractor
Details
- Pay Rage: $90k to $100k potential annual bonus opportunity
