- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet following the hotel brand standard.
- Maintain the buffet in an attractive and abundant looking presentation making sure it is organized clean and standardized.
- Take inventory of food beverages and supplies needed for each day.
- Maintain cleanliness of breakfast space and restock as needed.
- Provide excellent guest service.
- Effectively communicate with hotel management and other departments.
- Other duties as assigned
- One year of hostess experience in a restaurant is preferred
- Prior hospitality experience preferred
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Knowledge of health department standards of food sanitation and safety practices
