Job Description
The Clinical Enrichment Program (CEP) is for nursing students enrolled in their final year of an accredited nursing program.
The HRMC Clinical Enrichment Program (CEP) offers nursing studentsin their last year of school the opportunity to apply the knowledge theyve gained in handson clinical experiences.This program is designed to assist students financially and providea community hospital experience thathelps students build confidence along with critical thinking prioritizing and time management skillsin a supportive and nurturing hospital environment.
This sixweek program provides 160 hours of direct patient care mentored by an experienced nurse throughout each shiftto learn about the care and services providedthroughout a typical day as well as observation in two specialty care areas and the opportunity to work on an evidencedbased project team.

To apply for the program the student will need to complete a job application and provide the following information:
- Proof of enrollment in final year of accredited nursing program
- Documentation of an cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher
- Proof of your skills from nursing program
- Two letters of reference one of which needs to be from a nursing instructor
