Job Description
Senior Physical Therapist Outpatient Rehabilitation Specialist
Were seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation center. As a valued member of our healthcare team youll provide exceptional patient care while working in a supportive professional environment that promotes worklife balance and career growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive physical therapy treatment plans
- Provide advanced therapeutic interventions for musculoskeletal neuromuscular cardiopulmonary and integumentary conditions
- Perform detailed patient assessments including functional activities ROM manual muscle testing and gait analysis
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records for insurance compliance
- Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and continuing education programs
Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent
- Current state Physical Therapy license
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to evidencebased practice and continuous learning
