Job Description
- Service the daytoday personal insurance needs of our clients advising them on coverages and risk reduction strategies
- Work closely with our insurance carrier partners
- Maintain high level of communication and build effective relationships
- Accurately input data into information systems and update the information as needed
- Support the organizations mission values and strategic initiatives
- Minimum 1 year P&C Insurance experience
- MA P & C License
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills able to work with all levels of the organization effectively and efficiently
- Strong problemsolving skills to assist with customer resolutions
- Must be selfmotivated and have great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Applied Epic preferred
