8th Grade Math Certified Teacher
Harrison Middle School is accepting applications for an 8th Grade Certified Math position for theschool year. The position will be a full time 1.0 FTE)
Thisteachingposition is within the Harrison Middle School. Primary duties will focus ongrade 8 MathStandards. Applicants must possessappropriate Arkansas DESE certification. Previous experience is preferred but not required.
Harrison Middle School is seeking an individual who will:
create a class environment conducive to learning and personal growth
establish effective rapport with pupils
motivate students to develop skills attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for Middle School Education in accordance with each pupils ability
formulate positive relationships with parents students and other staff members
use formative and summative assessments with colleagues to improve student learning
demonstrate effective communication within the school community
adept with learning management systems and digital instruction (Canvas Google Classroom etc)
attain or possess Google Level One Certification (Preferred)
