Southern Water is seeking Senior Business Analysts to join the Programme Delivery Team at Southern Water building on the capabilities of our existing team and setting us up to deliver on an exciting and transformative programme of change. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and influence key business decisions.
As a Senior Business Analyst you will be gathering and understanding the business needs of the organisation within specific projects and operational improvement initiatives within their business domain. You will work with Project Managers Business Partner Managers IT/business teams and other business analysts to capture requirements and accurately translate into solutions and system implementations as well as optimising business processes.
