Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Art Teacher to join our vibrant creative arts department. You will play a crucial role in empowering our students to explore their artistic potential and develop their creative voices including at ALevel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring art lessons across Key Stages 35.
- Develop and implement a diverse and challenging art curriculum including ALevel.
- Foster a creative and supportive learning environment.
- Encourage students to experiment with a variety of artistic mediums.
- Organize and lead art exhibitions and projects.
- Contribute to the wider school community and promote the importance of art.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Fine Art or a related subject.
- Proven experience teaching Art at secondary level including ALevel.
- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of art history and techniques with ALevel specialism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for empowering young women through art including those pursuing further artistic studies.
