- Sourcing & Recruiting: You’ll handle endtoend recruiting from posting job ads to negotiating offers.
- Client Relationships: Manage multiple clients at once (because you're a pro) and build longlasting relationships.
- High Visibility: Work with toplevel management and the Csuite—yes you’ll be rubbing elbows with decisionmakers.
- FastPaced: You’ll be handling a lot of positions at once so if you’re organized detailoriented and thrive under pressure you’ll crush it here.
- Direct Leadership: You'll partner with a leader who's straightforward and values efficiency so we need someone who can jump in ask the right questions and keep things moving fast.
- 3 years of recruitment experience: We need someone who knows the ropes but you don’t have to be a senior recruiter to apply—just bring your passion and experience to the table!
- Ability to juggle multiple clients/positions at once: You’ll be recruiting for up to 10 roles at once and up to 15 during peak times. It's a challenge but we know you're up for it!
- SelfStarter with Confidence: We need someone who can walk in day one hit the ground running and take initiative. You should be comfortable asking the right questions and making decisions fast.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment: This isn’t a “sit back and relax” kind of job. The pace is quick and we need someone who enjoys the adrenaline of a highenergy work environment.
