Develop & drive the sales strategy in alignment with the business strategy for the achievement of annual sales revenue through Project Sales for Panel Products.
Ensure of the sales strategy with specific focus on expansion & retention of the Project customer base e.g.: Architect Interior Designers OEM s Turn Key Contractors.
Develop relationship with existing client / customer base and develop new base for market penetration.
Driving specification with Architects & Contractors for Laminate and allied products.
Formulate and monitor set quarterly/monthly targets for each product category (HPL Normal Laminates Specialty Laminates; Etc...
Finalize approve and monitor budget for undertaking Sales activities in line with the overall business objectives.
Ensure maximization of revenue realized form current clientele and from newly developed customers.
Collaborating with multiple departments to ensure Ontime in full delivery of all sales orders with effective consolidation and production planning.
Regularly monitor cash to cash cycle with the objective of reducing the payment receivables that includes customer credit control and approval overdue receivables net finished goods inventor and C form liability etc.
Manage customer in liaise with QC & QA teams to address any defects and customer complaints with respect to product quality & ensure deployment of necessary changes suggested.
Ensure timely provision of demand forecast to production team for meeting customer requirements.
Drive performance orientation through regular monitoring review of performance parameters and providing feedback to team members.
Responsible for meeting the budgeted sales targets & profitability of the branch.
Manage & Drive Business through Architect/ Builder/ Contractor/ Designer / Influencers segment.
Responsible for planning & conducting various demand generation activities in the region.
Cultivating strong relations with the key accounts/clients for generating leads and developing business.
Making presentations to prospective clients to promote the companys products.
Effectively utilizing the BTL budgets to create brand awareness.
Formulation of various marketing activities including schemes for the branch to increase the channel & consumer base.
Effective launching of new products and seeking for appointment of new Dealers/Distributors.
Providing effective & timely MIS reports.
Collaborate with Sales Senior department to plan execute IDPs for team member and implement various initiatives and engagement programs.

1. Proven experience in sales and business development preferably in the building material industry or related sectors.
2. 814 Years of experience in Core sales role.
3. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
4. Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
5. Attention to detail and strong administrative abilities to manage branch operations efficiently. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications
