Job Description

Adelphi is seeking experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to provide services at an Educational Institution in Caroll County Georgia. The ideal candidates will collaborate with school staff to deliver inperson therapy services across multiple school sites ensuring compliance with student IEPs and local state and federal educational guidelines.

Requirements:

Active GA Physical Therapy License (Must be in good standing)

Valid driver s license

Minimum of two 2 years of experience providing therapy services (preferred)

Experience working in schoolbased or pediatric settings is a plus

Knowledge of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and therapy documentation

Responsibilities:

Deliver inperson physical therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs and district policies

Conduct evaluations including assessments progress monitoring and consultations with school teams

Develop and implement customized therapy plans to address students physical and mobility needs

Collaborate with educators families and school staff to support student access and learning

Participate in IEP meetings to present findings recommend services and establish measurable goals

Maintain accurate timely therapy documentation including timesheets service logs and reports

Provide consultative services and support adaptive equipment recommendations as needed

Ensure compliance with all ethical professional and legal requirements
