Develop and implement a holistic marketing plan to meet business goals.
Conduct global market research on Google Play and App Store to understand the business environment and product potential providing recommendations for product development.
Analyze the product to identify its core value and develop effective customer engagement strategies.
Define the products unique selling points and competitive advantages.
Develop and execute marketing strategies including content creation advertising and user acquisition (UA) campaigns.
Formulate pricing strategies and inapp purchase (IAP) scenarios to maximize revenue.
Monitor and optimize daily operations to improve campaign quality and effectiveness.
Use data analytics to refine marketing strategies and enhance ROI.
Serve as a liaison between product business and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment and successful .
Directly participate in recruiting training guiding and developing the marketing team to achieve set objectives.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners key customers and other stakeholders.
Negotiate partnerships that enhance brand visibility and market reach.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing/User Acquisition for mobile apps/games.
Proven ability to manage and optimize advertising campaigns for maximum ROI.
Strong analytical skills with a datadriven approach.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Proficiency in English.
Experience with subscriptionbased or inapp purchase (IAP) models.
