Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Engineer with a strong background in cloud computing and AWS services. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in managing cloud infrastructure containerization and database administration. This role requires expertise in configuration management frameworks and DevOps methodologies to enhance deployment processes. Strong analytical and communication skills are a must along with a deep understanding of networking security and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize AWS cloud services such as EC2 RDS S3 VPC and CloudFormation.
- Implement and maintain containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Administer databases including MySQL MSSQL Postgres DynamoDB MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as HIPAA PCI and ITAR.
- Enhance cloud security and networking frameworks.
- Utilize configuration management tools such as Puppet Chef or Ansible for infrastructure automation.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines automated test frameworks and source code management tools including XLR Jenkins Git and Maven.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and participate in Agile & Scrum ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot system issues and optimize cloud infrastructure performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in cloud computing with a focus on AWS.
- Proficiency in AWS services (EC2 RDS S3 VPC CloudFormation etc..
- Experience with container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong database administration skills (MySQL MSSQL Postgres DynamoDB MongoDB or Elastic Search).
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools (Puppet Chef or Ansible).
- Strong handson experience in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problemsolving analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in Agile and Scrum environments.
