Description
Are you passionate about making a difference in the field of general medicine Look no further! On 6G our staff are recognized as experts in the broadest of specialties general medicine. Working on 6G you will hone your skills working with peritoneal dialysis accessing ports and administering chemotherapy.
- Number of Beds: 24
- Patient Populations/Typical Diagnoses: cystic fibrosis arrythmias immunocompromised patients kidney failure infections paralysis diabetes heart failure hypertension and stroke
- Targeted NursetoPatient Ratio: 1:4

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Nursing. Two years experience as an RN with a minimum of two years of experience in the area of concentration.
- Must have a valid active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board. Nursing certification preferred. Completion of formal preceptor training workshop.
BLS required and ACLS may be required in designated departments. If promoted internally or hired externally the incumbent must complete UNE criteria requirements within nine months of promotion or hire including completion of Enhancing your Communication HLC#6488.
