Seeking an Astute Personal Injury Defense Paralegal

Were looking for a skilled paralegal to join our dynamic team of attorneys defending personal injury matters. This role is perfect for someone who is detailoriented highly organized and passionate about making a difference in peoples lives.
Key Requirements:
- Pacific Time Zone residence or willingness to work until 5 pm PT
- Paralegal Certificate from an ABAaccredited program
- 7 years experience in personal injury defense (premises liability construction defect wrongful death dog bite auto accidents)
- Experience with California Superior Courts
- Proficiency in all aspects of litigation support
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in case preparation and management
- Handle discovery processes including propounding and responding
- Prepare for depositions mediations and settlement conferences
- Issue subpoenas and manage document production
- Review and organize medical records and billings
- Calculate damages (medical expenses lost wages property damage)
- Maintain familiarity with California and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
