Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Solitaire Global Schools in Hyderabad. As a fulltime position this role demands work experience ranging from 7 to 10 years. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing data and providing insights to enhance our educational strategies and operations. Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience in data analysis and proficiency in interpreting complex datasets to drive strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in SQL (Mandatory skill) utilizing queries to extract transform and manage data across various platforms.
- Expert knowledge of Python (Mandatory skill) and R (Mandatory skill) for data manipulation analysis and visualization purposes.
- Advanced skills in Tableau enabling the creation of insightful dashboards and visualizations to present data trends effectively.
- Expertise in Power BI facilitating data interpretation and driving actionable insights through advanced reporting capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data organization statistical analysis and presentation of findings in a comprehensible format.
- Experience with Google Analytics to track and assess website performance and user engagement metrics.
- Adept at creating data visualizations that communicate complex data stories clearly and effectively to a diverse audience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collect clean and analyze educational data to identify trends insights and areas for improvement in student performance and curriculum efficacy.
- Develop and maintain databases data systems and dashboards to support realtime data analysis and reporting needs of the institution.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to support datadriven decisionmaking processes and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders facilitating informed decisionmaking.
- Utilize SQL Python and R to perform indepth data analysis and create predictive models to enhance instructional strategies.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices in data governance and quality control measures.
- Lead initiatives to improve data literacy across the institution fostering a culture of informed analysis and evidencebased decision making.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics tools and techniques applying them to benefit the school.
