Job Description

- Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly clientby attending to their basic needs such as showering bathing dressing and eating
- Help clients take prescribed medication
- Usea Hoyer lift for transfers
- Perform housekeeping duties
- Report any unusual incidents or change in clients health status
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
- Offer activities that areessential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals including serving and other tasks if necessary
- Enjoy working in a oneonone setting eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with the physical capability to perform jobrelated duties
- Must be proficient in use of a Hoyer lift to make transfers
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation every single day
- Ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Prior experience in healthcareinhome care environment or caregiving
- Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver CNA or HHA or completion of a CNA Program
- Take pride in providing highquality care
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Reliable punctual dependable
