• Merger clearance and associated work in an interesting midmarket practice.

The ideal candidate:

• Associate/Senior Associate 36 PQE).
• Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
• Outstanding attention to detail analytical technical and drafting skills.
• Prior experience gained within a leading law firm with predominant exposure to competition and regulatory matters focusing on merger clearance.
