Skills:
- Represent the Managing Director and the organization professionally in all interactions both in person and in written communication.
- Being able to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Act as a primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders including clients partners and staff. This may involve screening calls managing emails and drafting correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Organize and coordinate meetings including preparing agendas taking minutes and following up on action items. Youll ensure that the Managing Director is wellprepared for all meetings and has all necessary materials in advance.
- Handle routine issues independently and escalate complex matters to the Managing Directors attention as needed. Youll need to be resourceful and proactive in finding solutions to various challenges that may arise.
- Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Organizing travel arrangements such as flights accommodation and transportation for the managing director and sometimes other executives or guests.
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- May also be involved in preparing reports presentations and other documents as well as handling confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications like AI tools & Chat GPT.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Immediate Joiners are preferable.
