Who are we looking for
Were seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a critical role in the IMPD Project an internal Enterprisewide transformation initiative. This project aims to establish greater standardisation and a global approach to Information Management in the Project Delivery (IMPD) environment.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision & Solution Architecture
- Project Vision Backlog and Roadmap Development.
- Solution Architecture Definition.
- Business Impact Analysis.
Requirements Management
- Requirements Capture & Definition.
- Project Advocacy and Stakeholder Engagement.
- Monitoring the Business Landscape.
- Backlog Development and Refinement.
- Prioritisation.
Project & Technical Documentation
- Epic Definition.
- Key Project Artefacts.
Delivery Oversight & Support
- Collaboration with Solution Development Team.
- Quality Assurance.
Continuous Improvement
- Retrospectives.
What you will bring to the team:
- Minimum 35 years experience as a Business Analyst supporting complex solution development (ideally in a business transformation context).
- Sound understanding of capturing prioritising tracking and delivering requirements using Agile methods.
- Demonstrated experience working with technical development teams on a complex business solution.
- Advanced ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment.
- Ability and commitment to work outside of core business hours as required (global role across all 3 Economic Regions).
- Embodies the IMPD Project Team guiding behaviours.
Highly regarded skills:
- Basic understanding of ISO 19650 standards.
- Experience in designing and architecting information management solutions.
- Understanding of GHDs existing business processes.
- Advanced communication skills with the ability to positively influence midsenior leadership levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Management/Administration Computer Science or related fields.
- Additional Business Analyst credentials will be looked upon favourably.
