Brief about the Company:
Raasta Studios is a storytelling company that is primarily focused on strategy design and of both external and internal communications video content for corporates brands NGOs educational institutions Government departments events and conferences across multiple industries. Based out of Hyderabad we served clients across the country in the last 10 years. We are a team of 35 individuals and we have more than 350 individuals in the community of creative partners who collaborate with us for project .
Role Objectives:
Lead generation: 1 Funnelbased approach 2 Focus on the content offer and engagement
Brand awareness: 1 Positioningled approach 2 Focus on the messaging and reach
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage all aspects of the companys marketing plans and campaigns including budgets
- Oversee the of marketing plans with a clear focus on achieving the companys goals
- Collaborate with the internal team and address all the marketing requirements
- Interact with clients for testimonials and online brand engagement
- Engage with brands and individuals on digital platforms
- Analyse data to optimise performance and understand gaps opportunities etc
- Align and manage vendors such as marketing agencies content/distribution partners etc towards achieving our goals
- Stay on top of market trends share such knowledge with internal teams and leverage research in all marketing activities
- Ensure clear visibility for the leadership with respect to the market our marketing metrics and actionable insights
Requirements
Required skills and qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ethics and cultural awareness.
- Aptitude for problemsolving and thorough knowledge of Creative Management.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail.
