Job Description
Provide critical support for students experiencing emotional or material challenges that negatively impact their mental health wellbeing and ability to achieve academic success and report to the Dean of Students. Provide appropriate mental health assessment crisis management and response triage to appropriate resources effective referrals followup tracking and continuity of care between campus departments and community resources. Primarily supports students referred to the UVM CARE Team. Respond to and triage acute situations in collaboration and consultation with UVM Police Services and Residential Life Staff.
Desirable Qualifications
Ability to provide effective consultation regarding a variety of mental health issues. Experience working with college age issues in a residential setting preferably within a university setting or equivalent.
Other Information
This is a liveon position which includes oncall weekend and evening hours.
