RiteHiteSales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. Our customer base includes anyone with a warehouse emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This is an outside sales position which will focus on growing our service business including planned maintenance programs repair services parts and accessory products.You will beresponsible for growing existing accounts prospecting and securing new customers and introducing newproducts to the territory.
RiteHitesells the best and we hire the best. Successful candidates will combine a 4year degree with a minimum of 3 years successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting. In addition our Sales Representatives must possess excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills be skilled at building productive business relationships and have a good mechanical aptitude. Sales Representatives must have knowledge of their territory and its customer base be able to develop solid territory business plans and be able to effectively cover their territories on a daily basis.
The pay range for this position is $70000 $100000. We take geographic differentials into consideration in areas of higher cost of living. We offer nine paid holidays (New Years Day Memorial Day Fourth of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Day After Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas Day and New Years Eve). New employees are eligible for up to two weeks of vacation (prorated based on hire date within 1st year of employment). We offer additional paid time off based on tenure. Based on time in the job you will be eligible for additional PTO (vacation sick leave etc.. We offer 72 hours PTO 1 hour for every 40 worked) to employees in California
