Your Role at Vertice:

As Head of Talent at Vertice youll drive our talent acquisition strategy to fuel Vertices growth. Leading our recruitment team youll build and refine processes that attract top talent and support a seamless candidate experience. This role focuses on developing innovative hiring strategies optimizing recruitment operations and fostering a culture that draws the best talent in the industry.

Youll play a crucial role in building and mentoring a highperforming talent team creating best practices in sourcing hiring and employer branding. You should excel in a fastpaced environment taking initiative and adapting quickly to changing priorities. This is a pivotal role where youll have a direct impact on Vertices expansion and culture.


Responsibilities:

  • Attract top tier talent to the business by any means necessary becoming the goto sounding board for the Executive team and playing a key role in all senior hiring.
  • Build lead and develop a highperforming recruitment team fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellence.
  • Partner closely with the Executive team to design and execute hiring strategies that meet the companys growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement scalable talent acquisition processes tools and best practices that support efficient highquality hiring.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives positioning Vertice as an employer of choice.
  • Use datadriven insights to continuously optimize recruiting performance in order to meet hiring goals.


Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in talent acquisition with 3 years in a leadership role within a highgrowth or technology company.
  • Proven ability to lead teams inspire a culture of excellence and foster professional growth within the recruitment function.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills adept at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Handson experience developing and implementing highimpact hiring strategies especially in fastpaced scaling environments.
  • Creative problemsolver who is comfortable with ambiguity and energized by the challenge of finding and securing the best talent.
