CSS has partnered with a prestigious law firm on a direct hire bases with a national presence seeking a Construction Defense Associate to join their Houston TX office. Selected candidates must be selfstarters with strong analytical communication research and writing skills. 3 years of Insurance Defense experience.
Responsibilities:
Managing case files
Client reporting
Researching law preparing legal documents
Investigating facts as well as attending hearings and trials
Requirements:An Active Texas bar license is required
37 years experience with insurance defense
Excellent academic credentials
Strong writing and research abilities
