Commercial Gas Engineer
Cardiff/Bristol
Permanent Full Time
Salary 44000 plus vehicle and package
We are working directly with a growing and highly reputable medium sized facilities management contractor who specialise in providing all round building maintenance services to clients within the commercial sector.
Due to expansion we are recruiting for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join the team in the Bristol/Cardiff region.
Role:
- To carry out a wide range of maintenance works on commercial boilers and heating systems
- To carry out plumbing and general fabric/building maintenance works across commercial properties.
- Ppm and reactive maintenance
- Working mobile across the region and surrounding regions
- Working on a range of commercial clients including retail offices etc.
Person:
- You must hold commercial acs gas tickets
- You will be an experienced engineer able to show competency in commercial heating maintenance
- Experience in services such as plumbing repairs hvac maintenance emergency light testing l8 awareness etc
- You must be happy with a role that 4050 of the time is general fm building maintenance
- You will live in the region and happy with a mobile role
- You will ideally have previous experience working on commercial contracts
Package:
- Base salary 44000
- Monday to Friday
- Callout 1 in 6
- Company vehicle
