As a Compliance Specialist youll be supporting and providing proactive professional and commercially aware compliance advice and service so the business to help us stay ahead of the game.

What youll be doing

As part of your role your responsibilities will include:

• Fulfil duties pertaining to assigned regulated markets and general business requirements.
• Develop comprehensive communication strategies to ensure stakeholders are informed of operational changes.
• Advocate for and drive operational changes while collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
• Analyse information from various stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations.
• Cultivate strong relationships across stakeholder groups manage requests and ensure effective deliverables.
• Support internal audits implement new processes and uphold compliance procedures.
• Maintain strict confidentiality oversee change controls and elevate professionalism within the Compliance department.
• Stay updated on regulatory frameworks Responsible Gaming standards AML and Data Protection.
• Handle adhoc requests provide coverage for colleagues and undertake additional duties as necessary.
• Possess expertise in advising senior management exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrate adaptability in fastpaced dynamic environments and offer innovative problemsolving approaches.

Essential skills youll bring to the table

• The necessary skills that we require for this role include:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
• Experience working collaboratively in crossfunctional teams with a focus on achieving shared goals
• Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
• Exceptional attention to detail ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
• 2 Years Proven experience in compliance audit or regulatory roles.
• Relevant Tertiary qualification
• Familiarity with applicable regulatory standards (e.g. GDPR SOX ISO standards).
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations and best practices.
• Team work/collaboration with stakeholders across the business
• Ability to apply knowledge of managing compliance to multiple jurisdictions and licences
• Exceptional attention to detail & accuracy particularly in external communications
• Proficiency in compliance management software and tools.

Desirable skills youve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

• Indepth knowledge of sports betting markets including odds calculation betting types and market trends
• Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
• Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions ensuring adherence to legal standards
• Compliance qualifications such as the ICA Advanced Certification in Compliance
