The OEM Partner Program team is a group of dedicated individuals who are passionate about finding the right partners for Pendo and helping to enable those partners to sell portions of the Pendo product line. We work with partners that span multiple industries including: Fintech Banking Procurement HR Field Services and Education. Our partners white label Pendos Digital Adoption solutions and resell those products to their customers.
Role Responsibilities:
As a Partner Enablement Manager your primary responsibility is to spearhead organizationwide enablement initiatives focusing specifically on GotoMarket teams: Sales Product Solution Engineering and Customer Success. In this role you will create manage and execute worldwide GotoMarket (GTM) initiatives. These initiatives are to be tailored for our key partners to help them succeed in supporting our program run marketing campaigns build executive relationships grow revenue and shape their GTM strategies.
In this crossfunctional role youll collaborate closely with Pendos executives sales product management and marketing teams. You will play a critical role in business retention by ensuring a seamless setup experience for new and existing partners.

Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of many compensation benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
The expected base salary range (plus additional bonus) for this role in the following locations is:
Raleigh NC $107100 $133900
Individual pay rate decisions including offers made within and over the expected salary range are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role experience level skillset and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
