Overview
Are you interested to be part of something innovative Join the Bruker R&D team working on solutions for routine identification of microorganisms and antibiotic susceptibility testing. With the MALDI Biotyper we provide the standard in microorganism identification that enables microbiology laboratories to identify microbes reliably and rapidly. It is used worldwide in many exciting application areas from new research groups to live saving healthcare institutions.
As part of our team you could further improve our product portfolio by coordinating and actively managing cross divisional IVD projects for the microbiology infection market. As a program manager you are in a central position to ensure that all projects within a program deliver the desired outcomes and contribute to the organizations overall success.

For our office in Bremen we are looking as of now for a Program Manager (m/f/d) for IVD product development projects.
Responsibilities
- Join a dedicated team responsible for development of new invitro diagnostic products involving hardware software and consumables
- You are coordinating interdependent product development projects from requirements throughconceptual design and technology decisions implementation IVD registration and market launch of the product
- You are providing guidance for project management by developing and implementing project management processes in order to improve project reporting
- You are constantly discussing program status and goals with e.g. project management regulatory affairs and product management
- You evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the program and ensure that the goals are met also covering resource and risk management
Qualifications
- You are a strong leader and wellstructured organizer to manage the various teams and projects effectively
- You are very solution oriented to solve issues on higher scope finally enabling the success of the program
- You have proven experience in managing projects and/or programs
- Masters degree in Science or Business Administration as well as experience in IVD development is beneficial
- You have proficiency in using typical project management methods techniques and software tools
- Good German & English language skills
