Job Description
We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to assist in product design and production. This role requires onsite collaboration with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance product development.
Responsibilities:
- Design and improve products and components to enhance functionality and manufacturability.
- Develop jigs and fixtures to streamline production and improve efficiency.
- Implement new technology including automation PLC controllers welding systems and software solutions to optimize manufacturing.
- Design industrial processing systems to enhance production capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering preferred. (Candidates with a degree in Manufacturing Technology or relevant experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in CAD software SolidWorks preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Handson knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.
- Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
