Job Summary
Reporting to the Assistant Director for Systems Operations the 3rd Party Systems Administrator is responsible for thirdparty system configuration and maintenance. This includes enabling and setting up system configurations evaluating integrations supporting system upgrades optimizing existing configurations troubleshooting issues and producing system configuration documentation.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Provide administrative support and system maintenance for thirdparty applications (configurations access updates data issues workflow updates liaison with thirdparty applications contacts) Analyze and review system data to maintain timeliness of system operations and identify any possible issues or areas of improvement Troubleshoot production data and configuration issues related to third party applications Provide thirdparty system data and configuration support during system upgrades Produce job aids and training documentation for thirdparty systems Work with stakeholders and module owners to optimize and troubleshoot thirdparty system configurations Assist stakeholders module owners and business process analysts with understanding integrations between the thirdparty applications and the ERP system Generate reports from thirdparty applications to provide data to functional areas Participate in enhancement projects involving thirdparty systems
