This is an exciting new project management role working with a leading GC on innovative and highend institutional construction projects. As the Senior PM you will have the opportunity to lead projects frompreconstruction through to closeout including: scheduling tendering budget/forecast preparation and contract . With your leadership and excellent communication skills you will manage clients collaborate on design coordinate with consultants and direct trades and junior staff.
