About the role:
- Advising major clients across real estate government and corporate.
- Be involved in a market leading development transactions and projects such as leasing residential retail infrastructure and sales & acquisitions.
The ideal candidate:
- Senior Lawyer with 5 PQE coming from a reputable Property practice.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by strong academic records.
- Excellent drafting skills & meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong client service and relationship skills coupled with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to mentor junior lawyers.
