- The initial period of 18 to 25 days where the company would provide training to the candidates along with the training stipend 400 Rs. Per day For Marathi candidates only).

Qualifications and Skills

- Adept at using technology including customer service software to support customer care operations seamlessly.
- High emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and handle interactions with patience and understanding.
- Basic knowledge and experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) ideally familiar with customer care associate roles.
- Ability to manage inbound calls efficiently while maintaining service quality and adhering to company procedures.
- Must possess a problemsolving attitude to assess customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
- Enthusiastic with a teamoriented mindset ready to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance customer service delivery.
