Founded in 1977 Cascade Coffee operates from a 150000squarefoot facility with space for over 2 million pounds of green coffee and an annual roasting capacity of 50 million pounds. With multiple roasting lines flavor mixing systems and 14 automated packaging lines we deliver quality at scale.
Position: Material Handler / Forklift Operator 2nd Shift)
- Pay: $20.25 $20.50 per hour
- Schedule: Monday Friday 3:30 PM 12:00 AM
- Reports to: Warehouse Manager

What Youll Do:
- Use a forklift to transport materials efficiently and safely across the warehouse to a pallet wrapper.
- Complete records of material movement to and from shelving locations and production lines using a handheld inventory system.
- Use a forklift to carefully place pallets in designated shipping lanes.
- Organize consolidate and strategically place materials for upcoming orders in staging lanes daily ensuring smooth production flow.
- Follow all safety rules and use required protective gear.
- Perform general housekeeping tasks in and around storage areas daily promoting cleanliness and organization.
- Overtime may be required for unloading deliveries.
What You Need:
Forklift required
Comfortable doing repetitive tasks
Must be able to spend 90 of the shift operating a forklift
Work Environment:
- Warehouse setting with concrete floors loud equipment and coffee dust
- Requires sitting for long periods
- Must wear safety gear and follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Work Habits:
- Be on time and reliable
- Occasional work outside normal hours may be needed
