Responsibilities

• Develops implements and evaluates quarterly and annual territory plans strategies and actions to achieve budgeted targets
• Analyzes territory establishes sales goals and together with sales manager writes sales plan
• Develops business relationships by making effective sales contacts meetings and presentations
• Builds relationships with the Human TouchHome Health staff to ensure the of effective communication with referral sources and
• Builds relationships with partners from other Human Touch Home Healthdivisions to identify opportunities to collaborate and keep patients within Human Touchs continuum of care
• Identifies key referring physicians builds the Human Touch Home Health brand and identified opportunities to increase referral volume from these offices
• Identifies key referring personnel in hospitals nursing homes and managed care operations along with opportunities to increase referral volume from these sources
• Basic knowledge of insurance companies and other payer sources
• Supports and participates in promotional activities sales campaigns and other growth initiatives
• Able to manage a territory conduct sales calls and presentations and generate referrals by building long term business relationships
• Able to develop clinical knowledge base to support sales activities
• Maintains professional and clinical competence
• Participates in center/agency surveys (Licensure/JCAHO) and any subsequently requiredreportsQualifications

1. Demonstrates principles of the sales process in a healthcare environment
2. Effective verbal and written communicator including ability to communicate with the different disciplines in the healthcare field
3. Able to identify and develop new referral sources
4. Familiar with MS Office Suite (primarily MS Excel MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
5. Comfortable with virtual working tools and videoconferencing software (MS Teams Zoom and other meeting websites)
6. Able to master additional professional software
7. Honors patients/residents rights to fair and equitable treatment selfdetermination individuality privacy property and civil rights including the right to wage complaints
8. Complies with corporate compliance program
9. Reports jobrelated functions/tasks that involve occupational hazards including exposure to blood and body fluids and others as necessary
10. Extensive relevant industry experience with 2 years of college or business school and/or equivalent combination of experience and training
11. Familiarity with healthcare landscape and sales processes
12. Two 2 year experience in Healthcare Sales/Marketing or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge skills and abilities
