SUMMARY
In the Recruitment Manager role you will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment teamto develop and execute effective hiring strategies that attract top talent. This role oversees the fullcyclerecruitment process ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers whilemaintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies. In addition to recruitmentoperations the Recruitment Manager assists with the scheduling aspects of the Staffing Coordinators toensure appropriate coverage and efficiency. You will be expected to conduct regular community visits atleast three times a week to provide direction monitor assist and implement strategies to optimizeproductivity while controlling costs. The role also involves analyzing recruitment metrics collaboratingwith department heads to align hiring needs with business goals and collaborating with the Marketingteam to enhance employer branding efforts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Owns and drives the employee branding strategy ensuring alignment with company valuesand attracting top talent through targeted marketing and messaging on thirdparty platformssuch as Indeed and Glassdoor.
- Collaborates closely with the Marketing team to design and implement targeted recruitmentcampaigns across thirdparty platforms such as Indeed Glassdoor LinkedIn and socialmedia channels ensuring consistent messaging and effective outreach.
- Develops and executes employer branding strategies to enhance the companys reputation asan employer of choice aligning with company culture and attracting top talent.
- Leverages marketing and sales techniques to drive candidate attraction engagement andretention creating a personalized and compelling recruitment experience for top talent.
- Establishes and maintains partnerships with universities trade schools communityorganizations and industry groups to create talent pipelines increase brand awareness andattract top candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws maintaining accurate records anddocumentation related to recruitment hiring and scheduling.
- Collaborate with Community Leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop strategicworkforce planning initiatives to support business growth and operational goals.
- Tracks recruitment and scheduling trends analyzing data to provide actionable solutions andrecommendations to the communities.
- Completes compensation analysis to ensure company wages are fair and competitive.
- Fullcycle recruitment for all Community Leadership roles and serve as the liaison betweenCommunity Leadership and Home Office Consultants.
- Train new managers on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and serve as the subject matterexpert in legal compliance recruitment practices and interview best practices.
- Assists HR team with projects and initiatives.

- Dress appropriately per the Companys standards outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Attend periodic staff meetings inservice training and mandatory meetings as required.
- Observe Residents Rights as posted within the facility to include any updates thereto.
- Mandated reporting if you suspect any verbal physical emotional financial or neglectfultreatment toward a resident or staff member report it to your supervisor immediately.
- In Emergencies assist residents according to the Emergency Plan of the facility.
NONESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly supervises the Staffing Coordinators and assumes the duties when necessary andrequired.
- Responsibilities may include interviewing hiring and training employees; planningassigning and directing work; scheduling; appraising performance; rewarding and
- disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Performs daily payroll edits. Adjust payroll records as appropriate. Perform endofperiodreview.
- Able to read and write reports business correspondence memos and staff performanceevaluations.
- Observe the work environment for potential injury hazards and take appropriate preventativesafety precautions. Actively participate in prevention reporting and management ofWorkers Comp. Claims.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
- Two or more years of administration of performance management policy implementationcompliance and employment law compliance.
- At least two 2 years of experience in recruitment workforce planning and talentacquisition with a strong background in sales and marketing to effectively attract engageand retain top talent.
- At least one 1 year of management skills.
- At least one 1 year of brand management and social media skills preferred.
- According to Title 22 Section 87411(b) requirements must be at least eighteen 18 years ofage.
- Reasonable expectations of mathematical technical and reasoning skills to perform theessential functions of the position.
- Experience in public speaking or engaging with large groups of people preferred.
COMMITMENT TO PAY TRANSPARENCY
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives.
