Youll handle claim management failure analyses testing quality guidelines and datadriven improvements. Apply now and join our team!
- Claim Management: You support our claim management process by receiving and administering defective parts conducting failure analysis executing tests at test stations and forwarding components to suppliers if necessary
- Guidelines & Documentation: You collaborate with the development department to create guidelines for analysis and document quality requirements of our products and components
- Quality Improvement:You support our team in various operative and strategic projects for quality improvement and independently perform analyses for quality assessment
- Data Analysis: You provide the data basis and support in indepth data analyses and evaluations
Your fitness level
- Engineering Studies: You are a student in mechanical engineering electrical engineering industrial engineering quality management or a similar field
- Technical Skills: You have a very good technical understanding of mechanics and electronics
- Work Style: You thrive in a team environment and work in a structured and independent manner
- Language Skills: You are fluent in English and ideally also in German
- ToolSkills:You get plus points for basic knowledge of Salesforce SAP and GSuite (Sheets Docs)
Your training goal for your first 6 months
- Team Integration: You are a valued and integrated team member
- Machine Knowledge:You have a good understanding of our machines and the specified requirements
- Root Cause Analysis: You independently perform failure root cause analyses
