WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR MANAGER(m/f/d) that ticks the following boxes:
Evidence of allround personal development: excellent academic performance combined with e.g. international exchange programmes internships professional extracurricular activities etc;
8yearsofworkexperienceat a toptierconsultancyfirm inthedomainofdigitalstrategydevelopmentand/orexecution;
Profound experience and indepth knowledge of as well as a strong interest in one or more of the following topics: Open Finance ecosystembased business models data strategy and data exchange APIs customer journeys product and service innovation payment processes and technology regulatory issues in data and payments (e.g. PSD2 GDPR);
Proven leadership skills through the management of (project) teams;
Proven track record in shapingsellingand managing consulting projects preferably in the domain of digital payments digital identity data sharing and open banking / finance;
Commercially savvy with a relevant network in the DACH region preferably consulting sales experienceand an intrinsic motivation to further develop in this area to accelerate our growth in the DACHregion;
Genuine interest in exploring digitalisation topics in depth and keen to continuously challenge yourself andothers;
Flexibility and willingness totravel;
Fluency inGerman and English is amust.
ASA SENIORMANAGERyou advise our clients on topics related to their digital strategy and transformation. In this dynamic and open environment trust is the primary condition. As a trusted advisor you and your team of 25 consultants from different professional backgrounds support our (international) clients with sectorspecific knowledge and strategic advice enabling them to cocreate new strategies services and products. You translate complex commercial operational and technical information into concrete advice roadmaps and specifications. Besides your projectandsales targetresponsibilitiesyouareconsistentlygrowing your own client network anddevelopcommercial proposalsfor potential clients build new propositions in our core knowledge domains and you coach junior colleagues to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
