We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization and drive our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and vision for the organization ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
Oversee daily operations including service delivery staffing and financial management.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in home care.
Foster relationships with clients families staff and community partners to enhance service offerings and community presence.
Manage budgeting and financial planning ensuring the sustainability and growth of the organization.
Lead mentor and develop a team of dedicated professionals promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
Drive fundraising efforts and grant writing to secure additional resources for program expansion.
Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes advocating for the organizations interests.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in healthcare management business administration or related field (Masters preferred).
Proven experience in a leadership role within the home care or healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of home care regulations and best practices.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for serving the community.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
Experience in fundraising and community engagement is a plus.
Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
