About the role:
- Working closely with Marketleading Partners and in a recognised leading corporate team.
- Working with a range of clients both nationally and internationally.
- Be involved in a range of corporate & commercial matters such as commercial agreement negotiations general corporate advisory merges & acquisitions and capital market transactions.
The ideal candidate:
- MidSenior Lawyer 46 PQE.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by strong academic records.
- Up to date knowledge of Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal written).
- High level of business acumen.
