Job Description
Infosys is seeking a SeniorSAP EWM Consultant
As a Senior Consultant you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing valueadding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

- The location for this position is Austin TX.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of handson experience in SAP MMWMEWM in S/4 HANA in Automation Business Process Consulting problem definition Architecture / Design / Detailing of Processes
- Should have experience in SAP MMWMEWM modules and at least one end to end Implementation Experience
- Experience in SAP Ariba including integration with SAP S/4 HANA will be an added advantage
- Must have good knowledge in following IM areas: Inventory Management Stock transfers Special stocks Stock types Physical Inventory Account Determination and Valuation
- Key areas of expertise Goods Receipt Inspection Deconsolidation Physical Inventory Replenishment Wave Processing Picking/Packing Shipping Inspection
- Must have good knowledge in following WM areas: WM Master Data Inbound / Outbound delivery processing Transfer Orders Cycle Counts Inventory reconciliation Shipping and Transportation Management Mobile Data Entry and RF units Physical Inventory RF Transactions HU Management Transportation Units Production Integration
- Able to analyze business requirements providing conceptual and detail design to meet business needs performing necessary SAP configurations writing detail specifications for development of ABAP custom programs testing and implementing the automated solution
- Strong handson experience in Logistics EDI/IDOC Integration and system integration areas
- Knowledge and handson experience of B2B Integration and system to system integration of SAP through EDI/IDOC and other interface methods is essential
- Develop and recommend changes in development standards methodologies and practices.
- Work with business users to identify business processes with opportunities for improved efficiency or competitiveness
- Hands on experience in warehousing operations is a plus
- Good Analytical and Communication skills
- Project and talent management
- Ability and willingness to work with global teams across time zones.
- SAP EWM / WM/ MM / Ariba certifications will be a big plus.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
