Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customeroriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Pune. This is a fulltime entrylevel position suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong dedication to providing excellent customer service in the insurance sector.

- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and finalise insurance policies

- Effective problemsolving skills to address client queries and issues promptly
- Efficient time management to handle multiple clients and tasks without compromising quality of service
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients to introduce and promote insurance products and services
- Assess clients insurance needs and offer appropriate products that best suit their requirements
- Provide accurate information on insurance policies coverage options and premium rates
- Assist clients in completing insurance applications and ensure all forms are fully and accurately filled out
- Follow up with clients to ensure the prompt processing of their insurance applications
- Maintain a solid understanding of insurance products underwriting and policy terms
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors products to offer relevant and competitive services
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall growth and success of the insurance division
