As a Services Assistant youll be a key part of our healthcare team providing vital services that enhance patient comfort and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include preparing and delivering delicious meals to clients maintaining a clean and welcoming environment and ensuring everything is fresh and organized through laundry duties. Every task you perform contributes directly to creating a supportive and caring atmosphere for patients and staff. Essential Criteria
- Basic knowledge of safe working conditions
- Basic knowledge of Food Safety Standards
- Basic knowledge of Infection Control Standards including cleaning and sanitizing processes
- Basic knowledge and commitment to customer service principles
- Knowledge of computer packages eg. Microsoft Office Suite Microsoft Word Excel
- Knowledge and understanding of the Occupational Health Safety and Welfare Act and Risk Management principles.

Applicant Information
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements:
- DHS National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check
- National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (E.g. aged care employment or work involving vulnerable clients)
- Immunisation Risk for this position is Category A
SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
