Telecom Intern
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Telecom Intern to join our team. As an intern you will gain handson experience in the telecom industry working closely with our skilled professionals to support various aspects of our telecom operations. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Telecom Operations: Support the telecom team in managing and monitoring network services including VoIP systems data circuits and wireless communications.
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and support requests related to telecom services. Help troubleshoot and resolve issues under the guidance of senior team members.
Network Monitoring: Utilize monitoring tools to track the performance and availability of telecom systems. Report any anomalies or issues to the appropriate teams.
Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate records of telecom configurations service requests and network changes. Update documentation as required.
Data Analysis: Help analyze telecom usage data and generate reports to assist in decisionmaking and service optimization.
Project Support: Participate in telecomrelated projects including system upgrades installations and service migrations.
Learning and Development: Stay current with industry trends and technologies. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Telecommunications Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of telecom systems and network technologies (VoIP data circuits etc.. Familiarity with network monitoring tools is a plus.
ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Organizational Skills: Detailoriented with strong organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
