Job Description:
The BRDGE is seeking a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator to oversee and ensure the smooth of all our events. This role involves managing catering leads organizing vendor presence and ensuring all events run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan coordinate and execute events from start to finish
- Manage relationships with vendors and ensure their presence at events
- Oversee event logistics including setup operations and breakdown
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote events
- Handle event budgets and ensure costeffective solutions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or related field (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination
- Proven track record of successful event management
- Proficiency in CRM Software and event management software
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel as needed
