About the Role
To monitor adult care service providers and contractual arrangements to ensure issues of compliance and performance are addressed by;
Proactively supporting providers of care services to improve practice performance and quality of services
Proactively support providers to meet objectives in relation to improving the quality of services
Ensuring commissioned service providers adhere to contractual terms and conditions and positive outcomes for people who use the service and carers are achieved
Using contractual frameworks to effectively manage performance of providers and decommission those services which fail to meet quality standards
