Job Description
Be part of a stable growing medical industry that helps people.
We are looking for new members to join our team and have a direct role in assembling innovative and unique medical devices including oxygen masks scalpel blades and face shields.
What We Offer
- FullTime Hours We hire directly into 40 hour/week fulltime roles; no fixedterm contracts! We also have overtime opportunities available on a regular basis all voluntary!
- Shift Options We hire across 3 different shifts and we dont rotate shifts to better support our employees work/life balance.
- Days 7:00am 3:30pm Monday to Friday
- Afternoons 3:00pm11:30am Monday to Friday
- Midnights 11:00pm 7:30am Sunday to Thursday
- Hourly Rate Starting wage at $18.00 with regular increases based on service time starting as soon as 6 months.We also have shift premiums for our Afternoon $0.50 & Midnight $1.00 shifts.
- Time Off You are eligible for paid vacation time after 3 months of service! We want you to have the time off to rest recharge and do the things you enjoy outside of work.

What We Do
- Create medical devices in a cleanroom facility using injection molding machines assembly of small plastic components quality inspections and packaging to ship to over 80 countries worldwide.
- Support a safetyfocused culture to provide a better work experience for all employees.
- Produce safe highquality medical devices that provide a better healthcare experience for our customers.
What We Need
- High levels of accountability passion and commitment towards your work each and every day.
- Strong English communication skills to support comprehension of work instructions policies and procedures.
- Supporter of a diverse inclusive and openminded workplace culture.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or other fastpaced work environments.
